sampling system
Dual pump system, can choose self-priming pump or submersible pump.
It can automatically switch and provide automatic or timed protection for the sampling pump in case of water sample interruption, flow path or pump failure.
In addition, there are sampling filtering and cut-off alarm devices.
Other types of sampling pumps can also be provided according to user needs.

Sample pretreatment system
The sample pretreatment system includes: sedimentation tank, filter, air compressor, sterilizing agent pump, and ultrasonic generator, etc.
The cleaning of sensors, under the action of mud or microorganisms, can easily cover the surface, resulting in inaccurate measurement data. To clean the sensor, we provide a microcomputer controlled cleaning system that uses unique ultrasonic wind erosion, and then uses compressed air and chemical reagents to clean the sensor simultaneously.
For sensors or other specialized instruments for ion selective motors, water samples need to be filtered through a filtration system, combined with automatic cleaning and bactericidal agents, to provide water samples with particle sizes less than 30 microns for analytical instruments.

Sensor and measuring instrument unit
The five parameter items of the measurement team are installed on the analysis and testing board, including pH value, dissolved oxygen, conductivity, turbidity, and water temperature. Other measurement items can be selected by the user and installed after the water sample filter. These instruments can also receive air backwashing, disinfectant treatment, and ultrasonic cleaning.

Data processing and transmission unit
The central part of the water quality automatic monitoring system is the 1000 series multi parameter monitor, which can measure 5 parameters: dissolved oxygen pH、 Water temperature, turbidity, conductivity or redox potential, etc.

The 1000 series provides analog and digital outputs with 4-20mA and RS232 interfaces, and outputs limit alarms. The output range of each parameter can be programmed and controlled by the user.
Data collection: The 1000 series is equipped with a data recording card that has sufficient storage capacity
Space can store data for at least two weeks, and the stored information can be transmitted to a computer for analysis or application.

We use flexible data communication methods to store a large amount of on-site data. The system can save the data on-site or transmit it through telephone lines or wireless data communication networks, which can be transmitted instantly or periodically.
By using computer Windows programs, on-site numerical or graphical data can be transmitted and calculated in summary, average, maximum, minimum, trend, and other ways.
